Design of the 120MN´s press with regard to its durability

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním životnosti hydraulických lisů CKV 120/140 MN, které se od sebe liší v předepnutí sloupů. První lis, který zadala Škoda TS, má předepnuté sloupy. Druhý lis, jenž je v diplomové práci řešen, má sloupy nepředepnuté, které jsou také specifické svým H profilem. Cílem je určení vhodnější varianty z hlediska životnosti. Při řešení byla využita metoda konečných prvků, která odhalí slabé místa konstrukce, které jsou následně podrobeny analýze. Při analýza byla použita metoda lokálně elastických napětí (LESA), která vhodná pro aplikaci numerických metod analýzy napětí, zejména pak MKP. Na základně této metodiky stanovíme predikci životnosti obou lisů.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with lifetime comparison of hydraulic presses CKV 120/140 MN, which differs in preload of columns. First press from Škoda TS has preloaded columns. The second press, which is treated in the diploma thesis, does not have preloaded columns, which are also specified by their H profile. The goal is to pick the most suitable option in the light of lifetime. The finite element method was used to reveal the weak places of construction, which are consequently analyzed. The method of local elastic stresses (LESA) was used, since it is suitable for application of numeric methods of stress analyses, especially FEM. Based on this methodology the lifetime of both presses is predicted.
