The reform of public finances - aspects of micro and macroekonomics

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současnou reformou veřejných financí v České republice z hlediska jejího vlivu v mikroekonomii a makroekonomii. V úvodu popisuje současný daňový a důchodový systém v České republice a následně obsah jednotlivých reforem, jak daňového, tak i důchodového systému. V následující části se práce zaměřuje na své hlavní cíle, kterými jsou změna sazby daně z přidané hodnoty a její předpokládaný dopad na státní rozpočet. Dále na vliv důchodové reformy na chování obyvatel České republiky, a to na základě vzniku II. pilíře důchodového systému. Práce také zkoumá změny sazeb důchodového pojištění u osob samostatně výdělečně činných po zavedení důchodové reformy a nakonec dopad samotné reformy na I. pilíř důchodového systému z pohledu jeho financování.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the current reform of public finances in the Czech Republic in terms of its influence in microeconomics and macroeconomics. The introduction describes the current tax and pension system in the Czech Republic and then the content of individual reforms, such as tax, and pension system. In the following section, the work focuses on its core objectives, which are the change rates of value added tax and its expected impact on the state budget. Furthermore, the impact of pension reform on the behavior of inhabitants of the Czech Republic, on the basis of II. pillar pension system. The thesis also examines changes in the rates of pension insurance for self-employed after the introduction of pension reform, and finally the impact of reform on the very first pillar of the pension system in terms of its financing.
