Application tasks in the teaching of mathematics at the 1st stage of primary school

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit pracovní list s vybranými nestandardními aplikačními úlohami, které vypracují žáci mladšího školního věku a následné zpracování výsledků do výzkumu. V rámci výzkumu byla sledována i úspěšnost žáků při řešení úloh z tohoto pracovního listu. Vybrané typy nestandardních úloh jsou v souladu s RVP ZV a patří pod oblast „Nestandardní aplikační úlohy a problémy“. Pro nalezení správného výsledku úloh můžeme použít různé strategie řešení. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a jsou zde vybrané části z RVP ZV týkající se nestandardních aplikačních úloh. Další část zahrnuje výběr několika typů aplikačních úloh s ohledem na vybrané učebnice matematiky, sbírky úloh a pracovní sešity. Třetí část je kvantitativní výzkum, který zahrnuje pracovní list s vybranými nestandardními aplikačními úlohami. Úlohy jsou uzpůsobeny zvolenému souboru žáků. Tato část obsahuje i výsledky jednotlivců a porovnání tříd, které se výzkumu účastnily.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to create a worksheet with non-standard application tasks, which were fulfill by pupils from elementary school and at the end of thesis are results of these tasks from worksheet which were processed to research. In the research is described the success rate of the tasks made from pupils. Examples of non-standard application tasks are in accordance with National educational program. You can use different strategy to solve these tasks. The thesis is devided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical and contains the main information about non-standard application tasks from National educational program. The second part is consisted of special tasks selected on the basis of math textbook analyse and mathematical problem collections. The third part of this thesis is a quantitative research. There is a worksheet with selected non-standard tasks. These tasks are adapted for pupils from elementary school. This part of thesis contains results of each pupil and also comparison between classes participated in research.
