Abstract:
TE-nester je nástroj schopný vyhľadávať retrotranspozóny ako aj ich zanorenie. Tento program využíva de-novo detekciu LTR retrotranspozónov narozdiel od programov s obdobnou funkcionalitou. V tejto práci, predstavujeme vylepšenú verziu tohto nástroja ako napríklad kvalitnejšie výstupy, anotácia elementov a podpora multithreadingu. Abstract:
TE-nester is a tool capable of not only retrotransposon discovery but also their nesting. It is an already existing program that utilizes a greedy algorithm combined with a de-novo long terminal repeat retrotransposon discovery, an approach that is different compared to the competitors.
