Falšování potravin je problémem současnosti na spotřebitelském trhu České republiky. V bakalářské práci jsou uváděny informace o aktuálním stavu falšování potravin, metody detekce a legislativní opatření.
Abstract:
Food adulteration is problem of present on consumer market of Czech republic. In bachelor thesis are infromations about current status of food adulteration. Detection methods and legislative measures.
