Current trend of the passive houses´ expansion in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá současným trendem rozvoje pasivních domů v České republice. První část práce vysvětluje pojem pasivní dům, požadavky a přístupy ve výstavbě, porovnává několik typů domů a představuje vývoj pasivních domů v České republice za posledních několik let. V druhé části (praktické) se nachází analýza rozhovorů s majiteli vybraných pasivních domů s cílem zjistit, jaké byly nejčastější důvody pro danou stavbu a jak se lidem v pasivním domě žije. K práci patří i přílohy, které obsahují přepisy jednotlivých rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The work deals with the current trend of the passive houses' expansion in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis explains the concept of a passive house, requirements and approaches in construction, compares several types of houses and introduces the development of passive houses in the Czech Republic over the last few years. The second part (practical) is an analysis of interviews with the owners of selected passive houses to find out what were the most common reasons for the building and how people living in a passive house feel. The work also includes attachment that contain transcripts of individual interviews.
