Tato práce se zabývá vlivem 12 týdenního kombinovaného tréninku na parametry variability srdeční frekvence (TP, LF, HF, LF/HF, intervalu R-R), kardiorespirační parametry (SFvých, SFpeak, Wpeak, Wpeak . kg-1, VO2peak, VO2peak . kg-1, METpeak) a BMI v souboru 18 pacientů s chronickou ischemickou chorobou srdeční a diabetem mellitem 2. typu a souboru 22 pacientů bez diabetu. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate impact of 12 weeks combined training on heart rate variability (TP, LF, HF, LF/HF, interval R-R), cardiorespiratory parameters (SFrest, SFpeak, Wpeak, Wpeak . kg-1, VO2peak, VO2peak . kg-1, METpeak) and anthropometric parameter BMI in 18 patients with ischaemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus type 2 and 22 patients without diabetes.
