Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dárcovství oocytů, konkrétně na jeho medicínské a etické aspekty. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejdříve objasněna obecná teorie týkající se ženských pohlavních orgánů a neplodnosti ženy (příčiny a léčba). Teoretická část je dále věnována procesu dárcovství oocytů. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on oocyte donation issues, specifically its medical and ethical aspects. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part is firstly explained the general theory of female genital organs anatomy and infertility of women (causes and treatment).
