International License Agreement
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní licenční smlouvu, jakožto důležitý smluvní prostředek v oblasti mezinárodního obchodu. V hlavní části se zabývá náležitostmi obsahu mezinárodní licenční smlouvy, možnostmi kontraktace a ukázkou aplikace těchto náležitostí na konkrétním příkladu mezinárodní licenční smlouvy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis concerns with the international license agreement as an important contracting model in the area of international trade. In the main part I cover the key essential elements of the international license agreement, it´s contractual possibilities and an application of these essential elements on a practical example of the international license agreement.
