Abstract:
In the bachelor´s work we illustrated and compared the most frequent contracts in the bank sector. We also highlighted significance of the bank law and characterized different kinds of deposits, current accounts in accordance with the Slovak valid legal regulations.
Abstract:
V bakalárskej práci sme objasnili a porovnali najčastejšie používané zmluvy v bankovom sektore. Tiež sme poukázali na dôležitosť bankového práva a charakterizovali sme jednotlivé druhy zmlúv bežného účtu, vkladového účtu podľa našej platnej právnej úpravy.
