Diplomová práce se zabývá nástroji ochrany zemědělské půdy před erozí. Cílem je analyzovat nástroje ochrany různého charakteru. Jedná se o administrativně právní, koncepční či ekonomické nástroje ochrany. Dále je analyzováno uplatnění správně právní odpovědnosti při porušení povinností souvisejících s ochranou půdy před erozí a následné uložení sankcí. The diploma thesis deals with tools for protecting agricultural land from erosion. The aim is to analyse the protection tools, including administrative-legal, conceptual and economic instruments.
