Všechny tři naše práce podporují stejný praktický cíl a tím je poskytnout co nejrychlejší léčbu IVT („time is brain“) co nejvíce pacientům: CT-angiografie s negativním nálezem by neměla vyloučit pacienty z léčby IVT a případná časová ztráta v důsledku čekání na laboratorní výsledky nebo v důsledku pátrání po přesné hmotnosti pacienta nejsou žádoucí a – na základě našich a dalších obdobných výsledků …more

All three our publications support the same practical goal and this is to provide intravenous thrombolysis („time is brain“) to the majority of stroke patients as soon as possible. Negative CT-angiography results should not be used to exclude patients for treatment with thrombolysis.
