Motion for the amendment of some provisions of the Gambling Act
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí herního práva. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy herního zákona a proces kontroly jeho dodržování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na problémy vyplývající z praxe při kontrolách dodržování zákona orgány státního dozoru a navrhuje některé jeho možné změny.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the field of gaming law. The theoretic part explains basic terminology of the gaming law and the procedure controlling if it is obeyed. The practical part is focused on the problems arising during inspections exercised by state control authorities and suggests some possible changes.
