Differences in sensitivity and specifications of histochemical stains designed to identify the microorganism Helicobacter pylori in a biopsy of the gastric mucosa.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje průkazu infekce sliznice žaludku mikroorganismem Helicobacter pylori za pomoci histochemických barvení. Jedná se o metodu barvení dle Giemsy a stříbřící metodu Warthin-Starry. Metoda impregnace dle Warthin-Starryho byla prokázána jako senzitivnější metoda k průkazu Helicobacter pylori.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the demonstration of gastric Helicobacter pylori infection by using two different histological stains namely the Giemsa staining method and the Warthin-Starry silvering method. The Warthin-Starry impregnation method has been shown to be a more sensitive method for detecting Helicobacter pylori in the gastric mucosa.
