Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Optimalizace strategického rozhodování“ je aplikace metod rozhodovací analýzy na výběr strategického dodavatele pro internetový obchod s oděvy. V teoretické části je definován pojmový aparát a popsány jednotlivé postupy, které jsou užity v praktické části práce. Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor work “Optimizing of strategic decision making” is application of decision analysis for selecting strategic supplier for T-shirts e-shop. In the theoretical part is described the basic terminology and procedures, used in practical part. There is suggested a concept of selecting a supplier and at the end is recommendation for optimal solution.
