Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tematikou zapojení jógy do běžného chodu mateřské školy. V úvodu teoretické části jsou popsány základy motorického vývoje dítěte. Dále se pak práce věnuje józe obecně, její historii, filozofii a praxi. Stěžejní pro tuto práci jsou základní informace o dětské józe a možnosti jejího využití především v mateřských školách. This Bachelor thesis is focused on theme regarding implementing yoga to common run at preschool. In the introduction of theoretical part is described the basic motor development of children. The thesis is then focusing on general yoga, its history, philosophy and practice.
