Stanovení hemoglobinu ve stolici slouží k odhalení okultního krvácení do střeva ke screeningu kolorektálního karcinomu a střevních prekanceróz. Uvedení do této problematiky je popsáno v obecné části, kde jsou základní údaje o patogenezi kolorektálního karcinomu, laboratorní nálezy spojené s tímto onemocněním a možnosti laboratorního screeningu nádorů střeva a konečníku. Determination of faecal hemoglobin is used for screening occult bleeding and for colorectal carcinoma and colon premalignant lesion. The introduction to the topic is described in the general chapter of the thesis, which includes the basic data about pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, laboratory findings in colorectal carcinoma patients and laboratory screening of colorectal tumors and adenomas.
