Diplomová práce se zabývá v teoretické části pojmem kvalita života, jejími faktory a také věnuje pozornost subjektivní pohodě, sociální opoře a síti. Popisuje syndrom vyhoření, jaké jsou jeho příčiny a projevy. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje pomáhajícím profesím, kariérnímu poradenství a specifickým rysům poradenství na úřadech práce. The diploma thesis deals, in the theoretical part, with the concept of quality of life, its factors and also focuses on subjective well - being, social support and network. It describes the burnout syndrome, what are its causes and manifestations.
