Cílem mé dezertační práce je rozšířit dosavadní poznatky expertů na již existující literaturu. Budu definovat povahu experta dle dosavadního výzkumu zároveň s mými osobními poznatky. Současné studie dle Boyera (2008) postrádají plné porozumění lidské bytosti jež se ukrývá za profesionálem, a to kvůli nesnadnému využití techniky postřehů účastníků analyzovat tuto unikátní kategorii lidí. The objective of my dissertation, is to provide new inputs to the existing literature on the expert observation. I will try to define the character of the expert according to existing research, with an addition of my personal opinions.
