Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení cytotoxických účinků látek na buněčných kulturách in vitro, které jsou nedílnou součástí predikce bezpečnosti nových léčiv a kosmetických produktů. Buněčné kultury tvoří testovací model pro metody in vitro. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of cytotoxic effects of substances on cell cultures in vitro, which are an integral part of the prediction of the safety of new drugs and cosmetic products. Cell cultures form a test model for in vitro methods.
