Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice biologické fixace molekulového dusíku mikroorganismy, se zaměřením na bakteriální rod Azotobacter. Mikroorganismy schopné využívat molekulární dusík jsou označováni jako diazotrofové a je pro ně charakteristická přítomnost enzymu nitrogenázy. Abstract:
The bacterial nitrogen fixation is the main subject of this works. Especially, it focuses on the genus Azotobacter. Microorganisms with ability to fix nitrogen are called diazotrophs, enzyme nitrogenase is typical for them.Other main topic at this work is aplication of Azotobacter in agriculture and usage of bacterial polysaccharides(especially alginate and PHB)in various industrial branches.
