Diplomová práce obsahuje dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii rohovky, slznému filmu, je zde charakterizováno Gullstrandovo schematické oko a základní rohovkové parametry. Abstract:
Presented thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the cornea, tear film, characterizes Gullstrand schematic eye and basic corneal parameters.
