Logistic Support the Population in Case of Flooding

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma: ?Logistické zabezpečení obyvatel v případě povodně?, je zaměřena na význam logistiky v krizovém řízení a to při vzniku mimořádné události, kterou je povodeň. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní funkce logistiky při zabezpečování krizových situací a ochraně obyvatelstva. Dále jsou zde specifikovány mimořádné události a zabezpečení obyvatelstva při jejich vzniku. Poznatky pro zpracování této části jsou čerpány z odborné a doporučené literatury. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou logistického zabezpečení obyvatel při vzniku povodně. Analýza je provedena na obec Hamry, kde v roce 2006 byli obyvatelé povodní zasaženi. Informace pro zpracování této části jsou získány z místních zdrojů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis of: ?Logistic support of population in the case of flooding? follows up the importance of logistics in the crisis management e.i. in the case of flooding. In the theoretical part are described the basic functions of the logistics in the securing of emergency situations and the population protection. There are also specified emergencies and security schemes of the population protection if they appear. The knowledge for this part's preparation are taken from the recommended literature. The pratical part analyzes logistic support of the population if the case of flooding. The analysis targets the flood in the village Hamry in the year 2006. Informations for this part are obtained from local sources.
