Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast zřizování základních škol obcemi. Shrnuje povinnosti obce tak, aby byla splněna zákonná povinnost školní docházky. Následně popisuje přerozdělování finančních prostředků na jejich provoz ze státního rozpočtu, rozpočtu kraje a rozpočtu obce. The bachelor thesis is focused on the establishment of primary schools by municipalities. Summarizes the obligations of the village so as to fullfil the legal obligations of school attendance.
