Quality of Care for Patient after Cardiac Surgery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku kardiochirurgie, nejčastější výkony, operační přístupy a ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po výkonu. Popsána je zde i kvalita péče ve zdravotnictví a její hodnocení. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit spokojenost pacientů s poskytovanou kvalitou péče na lůžkových standardních odděleních. V praktické části bylo použito kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno technikou dotazníku. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že kvalita poskytované péče z hlediska pacientů je na vysoké úrovni. Hlavní cíl bakalářské práce, zhodnotit spokojenost s kvalitou poskytované péče u pacientů po kardiochirurgické operaci, byl splněn a byl vyhodnocen jako kvalitní. Výsledky jsou diskutovány s dostupnou literaturou.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of cardiac surgery, the most common procedures, surgical ap-proaches and nursing care of the patient after the procedure. The quality of care in health care and its evaluation are also described here. The main goal of my bachelor's thesis was to determine the satisfaction of patients with the quality of care provided in standard wards. In the practical part, a quantitative research survey was used, which was carried out using the questionnaire technique. The results of the research survey show that the quality of care provided in terms of patients is at a high level. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis, to evaluate the satisfaction of the quality of care provided to patients after cardiac surgery, was met and was evaluated as high quality. The results are discussed with the available literature.
