V této diplomové práci jsem chtěla ukázat práci personálních agentur v Oděse během krize. Vezměme si na příklad jedné společnost a budeme vidět jako profesionálové v krátkém čase, vybrat správné kandidáty.

Abstract:

I would like to demonstrate screening and searching processes as the driving force of recruitment. Recruiting managers constantly adapting recruitment methods and techniques in the volatile business environment in order to satisfy their customers’ needs and gain the highest competitiveness. I review, evaluate and develop a recommendation for the improvement of general and managerial recruiting processes in a company. In addition, we study the candidate testing system to prove is objectivity and impartiality, which leads to efficient and transparent recruiting process.
