Tato práce se zabývá e-learningem jako nástrojem pro vzdělávání. Definuje e-learning a pojmy s ním spojené. Vymezuje jeho úrovně, formy a typy. Dále popisuje řídící výukové systémy a tvorbu elektronických kurzů. Podrobněji se zabývá platformou Moodle. V závěru analyzuje mýty a realitu o e-learningu

This thesis deals with e-learning as a tool of education. It defines e-learning and terms connected. It specifies its levels, forms and types. Describes also learning management systems and creation of electronic courses. It deals closely with the platform Moodle. Finally analyses myths and reality about e-learning
