The Position of the Hotel Operations of the Galik, Horal and Lanterna Resort in Valachy

Abstract:

Anotace Cílem této bakalářské práce práce bylo zhodnocení a postavení ubytovacích zařízení 2, 3 a 4* v rámci Resortu Valachy na Velkokarlovicku včetně porovnání jejich konkurenceschopnosti s ostatními ubytovacími zařízeními ve zkoumané lokalitě. V první části jsou obecně popsány základní definice cestovního ruchu, služeb cestovního ruchu a ubytovacích zařízení. Druhá část je věnována lokalitě Velkokarlovicka a Resortu Valachy, který byl pomocí komparativního zhodnocení porovnán s ostatními konkurenčními zařízeními. Ve třetí části jsou na základě vyhodnocení návrhy s doporučením společně se SWOT analýzou.

Abstract:

Annotation The aim of this thesis work was to evaluate the status and accommodation facilities 2, 3 and 4* within the Resort Valachy to Velkokarlovicko including their competitiveness compared with other places to stay in the surveyed area. The first part describes in general terms the basic definitions of tourism, tourism services and accommodation facilities. The second part is devoted to the area and Velkokarlovicka Resort gelding that was by comparative evaluation compared with other competing devices. In the third part of the evaluation of proposals, recommendations, together with SWOT analysis.
