Job placement of graduates of the paramedic programme at the University of Ostrava.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce systematicky analyzuje pracovní uplatnění, profesní dráhu a motivaci absolventů studijního programu Zdravotnického záchranářství na Ostravské univerzitě. Práce dále zkoumá motivaci a budoucí pracovní vize současných studentů oboru Zdravotnického záchranářství na Ostravské univerzitě. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se profese zdravotnického záchranáře a popisuje studium oboru Zdravotnického záchranářství na Ostravské univerzitě. Dále se věnuje oblastem zdravotnictví, ve kterých mohou absolventi studijního programu Zdravotnické záchranářství nalézt uplatnění. V neposlední řadě se zabývá motivací pro práci zdravotnického záchranáře. V praktické části práce jsou prezentovány a interpretovány výsledky průzkumného šetření, přičemž data byla získána prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi současnými studenty a absolventy oboru Zdravotnické záchranářství na Ostravské univerzitě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis systematically analyzes the employment, career paths, and motivations of graduates from the study of the Paramedic programme at the Univerzity of Ostrava. The thesis also examines the motivation and future work visions of current students of the Paramedic programme at the University of Ostrava. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with issues related to the profession of paramedic and describes the study of the field of Paramedic programme at the University of Ostrava. It also focuses on the areas of health care in which graduates of the Paramedic study programme can find employment. Last but not least, it deals with the motivation to work as a paramedic. The practical part of the thesis presents and interprets the results of an exploratory survey, with the data obtained through a questionnaire survey among current students and graduates of the Paramedic programme at the University of Ostrava.
