Cílem diplomové práce je analýza prostojů vybrané linky. Práce v první části popisuje základní principy štíhlého podniku a základní metody zlepšování. Dále se práce zabývá druhy časových snímků a analýzou, problematikou úzkých míst, plýtvání a prostojů. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost Kostal CR, spol. s.r.o. The aim of the diploma thesis is downtime analysis of selected line. At first, the thesis describes the basic principles of lean enterprise and the basic methods of improving.
