Detection Of Autoantibodies In The Serum Of Patients With Multiple Myeloma In Remission

Abstract:

Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na patogenezi onemocnění mnohočetný myelom. Práce popisuje fenomén tvorby autoprotilátek v rámci přirozené imunity s bližším zaměřením na problematiku určení vlastností a funkce protilátek v souvislostech s povahou onemocnění. V experimentální části je práce věnována metodice sérologické analýzy proteomu (SERPA) pro diagnostický screening autoprotilátek u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem od doby stanovení diagnózy až po dosažení remise. Metodou SERPA je posuzována imunoreaktivita pacientských sér a význam nalézaných skvrn s bližším zaměřením na nálezy protilátek proti proteinu enoláza (ENO).

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma. It describes the phenomenon of autoantibody formation in innate immunity with a closer focus on the issue of determining the proberte and function of antibodies in relation to the nature of the disease. The experimental part is devoted to the methodology of serological analysis of proteome (SERPA) for diagnostic screening of autoantibodies in patients with multiple myeloma from the time of diagnosis to remission. Based od the used method SERPA is discussed revealed immunoreactivity of patient sera and the significance of the found spots with a closer focus on antibodies against protein enolase (ENO).
