Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice nájemních vztahů vztahujících se k nemovitostem. Je porovnávána současná právní úprava s předchozími právními úpravami a blíže rozebrány některé problematické instituty týkající se nájemních vztahů.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with issues of rental relations related to real estates. It compares the current legislation with the previous legal regulations and has been dealt with in more detail by a problematic institute concerning the rental relations.
