Extension of knowledge of programming in the system HEIDENHAIN iTNC530

Abstract:

V této bakalářské prací je hlavním záměr školení pracovníků obráběcích center s řídícím systémem HEIDENHAIN iTNC530. Cíl této práce je vytvořit školení pro zaměstnance o nových možnostech programování v tomto systém. Bylo vytvořeno školení formou PowerPointové prezentace v časovém rozsahu 2 pracovních dnů. Před začátkem školení zaměstnanci vyplnili pre-test pro ověření jich dosavadních znalostí, po absolvování školení byli zaměstnanci prověřeni post-testem, který byl následně vyhodnocen a srovnán s pre- testem. S odstupem jednoho měsíce po absolvování školení byl zúčastněnými zaměstnanci vyplněn hodnotící dotazník.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to train the operation of a machining center with the HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 control system. The aim of this work is to create training for employees on new programming options in this system. The training was created in the form of a PowerPoint presentation in the time range of 2 working days. Before the start of the training, the employees filled in the pretest to verify their previous knowledge, after the end of the training, the employees were checked by posttest, which was subsequently evaluated and compared with the pretest. One month after the training, the participating employees filled in an evaluation questionnaire.
