Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá podnikaním medzi manželmi. Pozostáva zo štyroch kapitol a niekoľkých podkapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie základných právnych termínov k danej problematike cez právnu úpravu podnikania a historický vývoj podnikateľských vzťahov.
