Diplomová práce Fyzická osoba jako pachatel trestného činu ve svém úvodu pojednává o trestných činech obecně. Je zaměřena především na rozbor obligatorních znaků trestného činu s hlubší analýzou subjektu trestného činu – fyzické osoby.
