In my thesis I focused on the problematic realization of Central depository in Czech republic, when companies with corresponding possibility with Euroepan union appeal for licence on krepiny. In first, theoretical, part I began with simple introducing settlement in Czech republic in two sub parts in transfer financials and stocks.
