Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nalezení optimální dopravní trasy za použití metod operačního výzkumu. V tomto případě se jedná o snížení počtu celkových ujetých kilometrů na dané dopravní trase. Práce se zaměřuje na pravidelnou trasu doručování náhradních dílů společnosti CB Auto v Českých Budějovicích a je rozdělena na literární rešerši a aplikační část. V literární rešerši je teoretický popis logistiky, operačního výzkumu a metod, které jsou použity při výpočtech v této práci. Aplikační část obsahuje popis problému, který je řešen a pomocí zvolených metod je provedena optimalizace řešeného problému. V závěru jsou výsledky porovnány se skutečností a je navrhnuto opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on finding the optimal distribution routes with application of operation research. The aim is to reduce the total amount of kilometers on this specific rout. The work focuses on the regular delivery of spare parts of CB Auto in České Budějovice and is divided into literature review and application part. In the first part the reader is given theoretical information about logistic and operational research. The application part provides description of the problem, which is solved by selected methods and the optimization is carried out. At the end the results are compared with the current solutions and proposals are made.
