Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitační péči u pacientů s dysfunkcí dolních cest močových při míšní lézi, jejichţ příčina je nejčastěji traumatického původu. Práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je definováno postiţení, vliv tohoto postiţení na dolní cesty močové, fyziologie a patologie neurogenního měchýře a terapeutické moţnosti. The bachelor thesis is concerning the rehabilitative care in patients with neurogenic dysfunction of lower urinary tract with spinal cord lesion, that has most often traumatic cause. In the thesis there is a theoretical part and a practical part.
