Diploma thesis Concepts of ‘Wrongful Life’ and ‘Wrongful Birth’ with Regard to Human Rights focuses on the topic of answerability of health service providers in the reproduction field. It describes the claims concerned, separates the term ‘wrongful conception’ and defines the controversial aspects of all of the three claims at hand.
