Jack the Ripper: Facts and Myths

Abstract:

Tato práce se týká příběhu Jacka Rozparovače, který se zapsal do dějin, jako prvně zaznamenaný sériový vrah. Příběh tohoto londýnského vrah je opředen mnoha tajemstvími a mýty, které přetrvaly do dnešních dnů. Cílem této práce je srovnání skutečných událostí na konci devatenáctého století s představami, které jsou prezentované ve filmech literárních románech a dalších uměleckých dílech.

Abstract:

This work is related to the story of Jack the Ripper, who entered into history as the first known serial killer. The Story of London's killer is veiled in many mysteries and myths that have survived to this day. The goal of this study is to compare the actual events in the late nineteenth century with ideas that are presented in the films of literary novels and other works of art.
