The Legal Regulation of the Import of Textile from China to Czech Republic - Case Study
Abstract:
Tato práce analyzuje kontraktaci obchodní společnosti v rámci mezinárodního obchodu s Čínou. V první části přibližuje postavení Číny v mezinárodním obchodě a v druhé v rámci případové studie nastiňuje postavení obchodní společnosti, specifika kontraktace s jejími obchodními partnery v rámci obchodu s textilním zbožím.
Abstract:
The Bacheler´s thesis analyzes a business company contracting focused on trading with China. The theoritical part of the work describes an increasing role of China in international business. The practical part defines business company position, specifications of contracting with business partners once trading in textile industry in China.
