Synthesis and Fluorescent Properties of 9-Iminopyronin Analogues
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá návrhem, syntézou a experimentálními studiemi několika nových 9-(acylimino)- a 9-(sulfonylimino)- derivátů O- a Si-pyroninu. Tyto fluorofory, zejména Si-analogy, vykazují značnou svítivost, pozoruhodně vysoké Stokesovy posuny (nad 200 nm), absorpční pásy v blízké UV a viditelné části spektra a vysokou tepelnou a fotochemickou stabilitu v protických rozpouštědlech.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with design, synthesis and experimental study of several novel 9-(acylimino)- and 9-(sulfonylimino)- derivatives of O- and Si-pyronins. These fluorophores, especially the Si-analogues, exhibit a high fluorophore brightness, remarkably high Stokes shifts (over 200 nm), absorption bands in the near-UV and visible part of the spectrum, and high thermal and photochemical stabilities in …more
