Analysis of essential oils in beverages using solid-phase microextraction method
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou silic v bylinných nápojích s využitím mikroextrakce tuhou fází (= SPME) metodou přímého vzorkování a destilací s vodní parou. Získané složky silic byly analyzovány na plynovém chromatografu s hmotnostním detektorem. K analýze bylo vybráno deset vzorků bylinných čajů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of essential oils in beverages using solid phase microextraction (= SPME) method in direct sampling mode and steam distillation. Obtained components of essential oils were analysed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry detector. There were ten samples of herbal teas analysed in this study.
