Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo využití shromážděných poznatků z předmětné oblasti při praktické aplikaci motivování pracovní skupiny od jejího založení, vývoje až po vyhodnocení efektivnosti této aplikace. The aim of my bachalor thesis was to use obtained information from objektive area to apply motivation of working group from establishment, progression till evaluation effectivity of mentioned application.
