Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať externé financovanie podnikov a prísť s návrhom optimálnej schémy zaobstarávania finančných prostriedkov. V teoretickej časti budem pozorovať všeobecné delenie zdrojov financovania a to vlastných alebo cudzích s neskorším zameraním na tie cudzie.
