Na základě analýzy přístupu jednotlivých správců železničních infrastruktur v České republice (Správa železniční dopravní cesty), na Slovensku (Železnice Slovenské republiky), ve Spolkové republice Německu (DB Netz AG), v Rakousku (ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG) a v Polsku (Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.
