3D kinematic analysis of patient with non specific low back pain

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce byla 3D kinematická analýza pacienta se syndromem nespecifických bolestí zad. Cílem práce bylo posouzení a zvážení přínosu 3D kinematické analýzy jako součásti vstupního a výstupního vyšetření fyzioterapeutem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny aspekty vzniku NSLBP a jejich projevy v pohybovém aparátu jako důsledek generalizace vnějších i vnitřních vlivů. Dále jsou v teoretické části uvedeny běžné vyšetřovací postupy ve fyzioterapii a vyšetření pomocí kinematické analýzy. V závěru teoretické části jsou pro úplnost uvedeny možnosti vhodné k léčbě pacientů s NSLBP. V praktické části, která byla zároveň kazuistikou, byl pro doplnění vstupního a výstupního vyšetření použit pro 3D analýzu systém německé firmy SIMI Reality Motion Systems GmbH. Vyšetření potvrdilo efekt využití 3D kinematické analýzy, výsledky korelovaly se zjištěnými skutečnostmi a do budoucna lze předpokládat jeho běžnější využití.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis was a 3D kinematic analysis of patients with nonspecific low back pain syndrome. The aim was to assess and weigh the benefits of 3D kinematic analysis as part of the entrance and exit examination by a physiotherapist. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical section outlines aspects of the creation of NSLBP and their manifestations in the musculoskeletal system as a consequence of the generalization of internal and external influences. Furthermore, the theoretical section lists the common investigative techniques in physiotherapy and examination using kinematic analysis. In the end of the theoretical part are listed options useful for treating patients with NSLBP . In the practical part, which was also the case study, was for 3D analysis used a system by a German company SIMI Reality Motion Systems GmbH to complement the input and output tests. Examination confirmed the effect of the use of 3D kinematic analysis, the results were correlated with the findings and in the future we can assume its more common usage.
