Cieľom mojej práce je priblíženie problematiky stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty nehnuteľností základnými metódami. Každá oceňovaná nehnuteľnosť je jedinečná a má svoju špecifickosť, preto treba vždy k danej oceňovanej nehnuteľnosti pristupovať individuálne.
