The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on air pollution in the Czech Republic, particularly in the area of Moravian-Silesian region and on variants of the Ames test, their use, methodology and on the comparison of their use.The main goal of the work was the detection of mutagenicity of a real air sample from the centre of Ostrava by means of standart plates Ames test with and without metabolic …more
