The bachelor's thesis aims to investigate Wolbachia infections in neotropical skipper butterflies (Hesperiidae: Eudaminae) with the use of whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data. The research focuses on detecting infection, evaluating supergroup signal, and describing infection character based on similarity.
